We are seeking a driven Senior Property Accountant to become a valued member of our client's team for a key project.
This unique opportunity (1099 basis) is hybrid (3 days on site / 2 days remote) based in Houston and offers an exciting platform to demonstrate your exceptional skills and expertise.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years working for a Big 4 audit/consulting firm is a must (i.e., EY, PwC, Deloitte, and/or KPMG)
- Experience working in property/assets, accounting/finance, for a large publicly traded company after a Big 4, is a must
- CPA preferred but not required
- Bachelor or Above in Accounting or Finance required
- Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including proficiency in U.S. GAAP and SOX are necessary
- Basic knowledge of IFRS and its application in financial processes
- Strong computer skills (i.e., advanced Microsoft Excel skills, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build/enhance relationships with clients and internally with management and peers
- Self-starter, team player, problem solver, and hardworking with analytical and management capabilities
- Strong investigation and communication skills
- Passionate, confident, and knowledgeable
- Willing to grow/evolve and make an impact
