St. Agnes Medical Center is looking for their new Director of Women & Infant Services (WIS)to join their team in the Valley of Fresno, CA.

Location: 1303 E Herndon Ave. Fresno, CA 93720

Pay:

• Exempt salaried.
• starting at $152,880, based on experience

Schedule:

• Typically M-F, days
• 24 hour accountability

Responsibilities: Reporting to the CNO, the position is responsible for the ongoing operations, short- and long-term planning and development and articulation of the vision of the service line. The role has 24 hour accountability for all service line operations in the WIS.

Must Haves:

• License: CA RN License
• Certifications: AHA CPR. Professional certification preferred within 18 months of hire.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years acute care WIS nursing experience and 5 years of WIS management or administration experience. Additionally, budgeting and financial management, negotiation and conflict resolution, change leadership, systems thinking, performance improvement, human resource management, and strategic planning skills are required.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred.
