**Job Purpose and Summary**
The Shop Laborer maintains a clean working environment which includes equipment, vehicles and the shop. Additional shop tasks may be assigned as needed.
**Responsibilities**
* Load and unload materials or products, moving them to their final location
* Maintain machines, washing, removing dust or oil, and cleaning parts
* Maintain the Tapani Inc. culture, vision and values
* Work with the best interest of Tapani Inc., maintain a positive attitude, and a team atmosphere
**Job Requirements and Qualifications**
* No formal education required or experience required
* Capable of constant walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, reaching, and climbing
* Able to push, pull, lift, and carry 50 pounds
**Working Environment**
* Working hours are typically 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am to 5pm, with occasional evenings and weekends
