OPPORTUNITY SNAPSHOT:



The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that customer s needs are taken care of using an elevated customer service approach with a first call resolution process. Provide product availability to customers, order status, including pricing and shipping details. Provide options and solutions that will drive an enhanced customer experience. This position will partner closely with our Plants and Sales team to provide accurate information to customers.



A DAY IN THE LIFE:



  • Answer inbound calls with an elevated customer experience approach using the first call resolution process. Inbound calls include product availability, order status, pricing, and shipping details to customers.
  • Process email requests and inquires.
  • Process credits based on complete research to ensure proper credits are being applied
  • Prioritize rush orders and special requests.
  • Provide proactive solution-based support and product recommendations via verbal and/or written communication directly with customers.
  • Collaborate and build cross functional relationships with internal and external customers, including within their work team



WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:


  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Fluency in Spanish; written and conversational preferred, but not required.
  • Customer service experience desired; entry-level candidates will be considered.
  • Effective in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems.
  • Excellent oral, written, and decision-making skills.
