As Software Engineering Manager, you will lead 3-5 direct reports responsible for designing, developing, and deploying code critical to further evolving a software application responsible for protecting individuals and organizations from network cyberattacks and data exfiltration.

Responsibilities you will take on:
- Collaborate with product management on requirement engineering
- Organize and plan work for your team
- Recruitment: interviewing and hiring
- Mentor your team both technically and non-technically
- Facilitate architecture discussions and implement strategies
- Ensure smooth delivery of software with automated tests in a modern CI toolchain
Your Profile:
- BS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering or similar STEM degree
- Technical management experience
- Professional software development experience
- Experience with SCRUM
- Experience with REST APIs and databases
- Unix/Linux proficiency
- Experience with Git or similar
- Experience with AWS or similar
Nice to Have:
- Python
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and parallel computing
- Networking and security exposure
