We're on the hunt for our first Product Manager, someone with a growth mindset, expertise in both B2B and B2C products, and an eagerness to collaborate directly with our founder. As the first Product Manager for dot., you will be a linchpin in defining our product trajectory. You will have the unique opportunity to shape strategies for our B2B segment while also ensuring the continued success and evolution of our established consumer product.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design and development teams to develop a multi-faceted product roadmap to expand our software offerings.
  • Drive retention strategies, optimize user engagement, and ensure a seamless experience between our digital platforms.
  • Craft and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring a balance between our B2B and B2C offerings.
  • Lead customer interviews across both B2B and B2C segments, translating feedback into actionable strategies for growth and improvement.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the founder to marry business objectives with product visions.
  • Analyze market trends, especially in the B2B domain, adapting strategies to ensure dot. remains a top choice for businesses.

Day-to-Day:

  • Align with our design and development teams, ensuring product specs resonate with both B2B clients and B2C users.
  • Engage with a diverse customer base, gathering insights to inform product iterations.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Prior experience in a product management role, with a strong emphasis on B2B product development and strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing product-led growth strategies for consumer offerings.
  • Deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities present in B2B product ecosystems.
  • Proven project management skills, with the capability to meet and exceed objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Figma, Mixpanel, Google Analytics and JIRA is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change.
