With our continued growth, were seeking a Customer Experience Representative who will be responsible for all customer-facing duties. Primary responsibilities include providing thoughtful recommendations to players and dealers based on their feedback. You will manage customer related key performance indicators and use metrics to pulse our responsiveness and consumer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include processing orders and assisting our sales and marketing team.
