**Executive Housekeeper**
We are seeking an individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for leading others. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will play a key role in creating lasting positive memories by ensuring a clean and sanitized hotel. You will be responsible for leading the Housekeeping, House Person and Laundry teams at the hotel, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel.
**What you will be doing:**
* Recruiting, selecting, and training teammates within assigned teams.
* Coordinating work schedules to ensure hotel maintains cleanliness standards for guest rooms and public areas.
* Inspecting guest rooms and public areas daily.
* Ensuring the functions within your assigned departments are handled consistently, accurately and efficiently.
* Training and promoting the companys 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
* Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the RMC culture.
