Position: National Sales Manager - Non-Asset Based 3PL

Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise to engage with potential clients and secure new business opportunities.
- Develop robust systems and processes for identifying, qualifying, and managing prospects effectively.
- Drive sales efforts to acquire new shippers and expand their book of business.
- Execute sales strategies through proactive prospect outreach, tailored proposals, and impactful presentations.
- Collaborate with transportation brokers to optimize load volumes from new clients through strategic sales initiatives.
- Uphold company standards with a customer-centric approach and adherence to core principles.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in non-asset based 3PL sales.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency in Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and/or FTL/LTL freight services.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented, with a drive for success.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in computer and technology usage.
