****WHAT YOU'LL DO****
* Preparing vehicles for the lot which includes taking pictures for the website, confirming vehicle information, inspecting vehicles, cataloging the keys and parking them in assigned areas
* Checking in all new vehicles off of the transport truck
* Overseeing and maintaining all our vehicle keys
* Keeping our lots clean and the vehicles organized. In the winter months, keeping entrances and vehicles clear of snow, ice, or other debris
* Communicating with supervisor when issues arise
* May assist the rental department as needed
* Dealer trade paperwork
* Car transaction documents
* Eagerness to learn
* Ability to Work Independently
* Active Listening Skills
* Excellent Guest/Customer Service
* Wonderful Communication Skills
* Excellent Time Management Skills
* Prefer experience working in Google Drive
* Previous administrative experience preferred
