* Understand safety hazards and able to work safely around chemicals and equipment

* Able to efficiently & effectively assess and control quality of all Bottles

* Study art proof prior to production to understand customer requirements. This includes color accuracy, printing registration, sharpness, etc.

* Effective communication to printer, ink tech, screen techs, managers

* Understand daily production schedule and priorities to achieve operational goals and objectives.

* Enable printing team in maximizing order processing efficiency.

* Attention to detail Verify correct bottle type, bottle color, & quantity of bottles.

* Proficient inventory tracking using scanner / Oracle

* Loading and Emptying Bottle Hoppers while keeping accurate count of materials used/remaining

* Cleaning out bottle feed hopper daily (dust & debris)

* Monitoring and maintaining work area cleanliness and organization

* Monitoring and effectively communicating shop supply inventory needs (i.e. cleaning supplies, PPE, & chemicals)

* Maintain a clean work environment with emphasis on consistent and constant upkeep of screen reclaiming area.

* Efficient & effective washing/cleaning of silk screens

* Manually prep screens to minimize contamination and improper disposal of screen-printing inks

* Attention to detail Verify screen quality after cleaning process

* Perform screen stretching periodically to maintain screen inventory at required operational levels

* Perform insulated department assembler duties as schedule requires

* Perform Purist operator duties as schedule requires

* Perform finished product QC and capping assembly duties as schedule requires

* Minimum of 6 months of general industry manufacturing experience

* Ability to perform with minimal supervision individually or in a team setting.

* Ability to adapt and be flexible to work within multiple disciplines and teams as business needs dictate.

* Excellent Time management skills

* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with Production, Management, and Sales team.

* Basic computer skills

* Must be extremely detailed, dependable, reliable, organized, efficient, and excel in follow through.

* Must be able to lift a minimum of 25LBS, up to 50LBS
