**Job Responsibilities**

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Continuously deliver customer feedback to all cross-functional teams.

* Ensures that customer and sales initiatives are successfully deployed at all levels within the assigned area.

* Develop and deliver sales training presentations in a professional and effective manner

* Research and facilitate corrective actions for non-compliant sales of Trijicon products and ensures sales management is aware of violations and actions taken

* Coordinate and process T&E and sales representative samples

* Attend trade shows and customer visits as directed

* Develop and build models and reports to understand and monitor key performance metrics for the sales organization to identify areas of opportunity and growth.

* Gather, monitor and analyze data on customer/client feedback and correlate to industry demand to assist leadership to make business decisions.

* Prepare Strategic Account Sales Presentations, QBR Presentations and Monthly Update Presentations in a professional manner.

* Provide general administrative duties in the department

* Perform other duties as required

* Analyze industry trends, key competitors, and market strategies.

* Continuously innovate analysis methodology to influence business direction.

* Provide regular updates on the performance of key sales initiatives against established revenue targets and identify areas of improvement.

* Develop and build reports to track and monitor key performance metrics for the sales organization in order to identify areas of opportunity for growth and innovation

* Act as a liaison to clearly communicate ideas between technical and non-technical stakeholders

**Job Requirements**

**Job Requirements:**

* 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated track record of exceeding quota

* Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Experience with data and market analysis

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Great attention to detail and strong communication skills

* Proficiency with MS Office tools

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Strong time management and organizational skills

* Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical information to audiences of varied backgrounds and disciplines.

**Education:**

* Bachelors Degree in a sales/marketing/finance field; strong record of academic success

**Reasoning Ability:**

Ability to apply common sense understanding, follow detailed and uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete standardized situations.
