Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs light assembly tasks using both hand and power tools
  • Follows visual and written work instructions in order to complete assigned tasks within set time allotted
  • Accurately reports shop floor production data via computer terminal and/or written reporting
  • Adheres to all quality and safety standards
  • Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned


Education/Experience/Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-3 years industry experience preferred
  • Ability to work from verbal and written instructions
  • Experience of small power tools, other hand tools and computerized and high-pressure equipment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, work overhead with arms and sit or stand for several hours as a time
  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required per plant rules
