Experience in lending, operations, and supervision required. Bilingual in Spanish-English preferred.
Responsibilities include:
* Coach and Develop branch staff.
* Serve existing and new members by identifying and providing them with the appropriate products and services to improve their financial lives.
* Assist with financial literacy and other community outreach efforts to expand membership.
