Our client is seeking a Sr Business Systems Analyst to join their team. The position will be a part of team that responsible for design, development, and implementation of new systems and technologies as well as support and enhancement of existing systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, evaluate existing systems, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to learn business processes.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT systems and solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop detailed system specifications, including architecture, functionality, and integration requirements.
Design and execute test plans to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering professional growth and development.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices, evaluating emerging technologies for potential adoption.
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system performance.
Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of systems.
Minimum Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferably with studies in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration
Experience Requirements
Knowledge in systems analysis, programming and systems development methodology.
Must possess strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as the position requires direct communication with end users and business leaders.
