Position Overview: As a Marketing Manager at Healthnetwork, your role is to plan and implement marketing efforts that raise awareness of our services among our members, in collaboration with our business and hospital partners. You will work daily with CEOs, business leaders, and the brightest minds in medicine. You will enjoy a dynamic environment with a passionate team of Medical Coordinators each day bringing new opportunities to learn and grow.


We are seeking a Marketing Manager who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is detail-oriented, collaborative, and creative, but also technology savvy and data/metrics driven.


Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Plan, execute and measure marketing campaigns
  • Maintain marketing calendar to ensure projects are executed on time and on budget
  • Direct freelance writers and designers in the creation of content vehicles, including our Healthnetwork magazine and other direct mail pieces, e-newsletters, e-mail campaigns and website.
  • Collaborate with our vendor to support the use of our Healthnetwork Member Portal
  • Track marketing programs and maintain regular reports, dashboards
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM for data mining, and marketing list management
  • Maintain company website, and manage email campaigns
  • Collaborate regularly with member group partners to optimize our value proposition for those we serve.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing function
  • Experience with MailChimp or comparable e-newsletter/e-mail platform
  • Comfortable with Excel and report writing software
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management platform preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adept at setting priorities and multitasking
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Comfortable with writing for various audiences, internal and external (overviews, testimonials, letters, etc.)
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to work in an office setting
