?**Schedule Details**: 11:00 - 19:30 Every other weekend & Holiday rotation

****What You Will Do:****
It is the responsibility of the Coordinator to perform a variety of duties to support the effective functioning of the department including, but not limited to: providing polite and friendly customer service, accommodation of dietary requests, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Room Service, Dietary and Catering areas of the Food Service department. The Coordinator may be expected to perform some of the duties of a Team Lead and various other roles in the department when needed.
**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Associate's degree (or other degree) in Culinary Arts or Food Services preferred
* Must have Serve Safe certificate within 90 days of hire
