As a Civil Engineer specializing in land development, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing innovative projects to life, from residential subdivisions to commercial developments and everything in between. What You'll Do:
Lead the design and engineering of land development projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadways.
Navigate complex regulatory requirements and zoning ordinances to ensure project compliance and approval.
Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to construction completion.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, planners, and environmental specialists, to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.
Drive innovation and sustainability in land development practices, incorporating green infrastructure, stormwater management, and smart growth principles.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Still in college? We encourage you to apply).
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Proven experience in land development engineering, with a strong understanding of site design, stormwater management, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients and stakeholders.
