Job Details
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Oversee and test compliance with relevant laws, regulations, internal protocols, and bank standards
- Perform continuous evaluation and documentation of customer grievances, including managing escalated issues from customers
- Supervise vendor relations, including conducting initial due diligence assessments and monitoring vendor performance to uphold compliance with regulatory standards
- Establish and uphold change control protocols to guarantee that all modifications align with applicable regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in an advisory capacity to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and legislation
- Act as the main liaison with our banking partners, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and full compliance with regulatory standards
Preferred:
- Professional certifications such as CIPP or CRCM are highly desired
Must Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or higher in a related field
- Experience with laws and regulations including but not limited to BSA/AML, OFAC, Reg D, Reg DD, Reg CC, Reg E, Reg Z, FCRA, FTC Act, GLBA, CCPA, GDPR, and others
- Prior experience working for a fintech or a partner bank is highly desirable
