We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and handling cash transactions in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and cashier station
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of restaurant or food service operations
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
