Come join the team of Butcher and Bull **POSITION PURPOSE**:
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the management and leadership of all aspects of the Butcher & Bull. This role will direct, implement, and guide an excellent team of F&B professionals while ensuring the team continues to excel in Service and Philosophy.
* Recruits, Hires and Trains all new associates, in compliance with HVMG Policy.
* Develops and provides continual training to all associates.
* Maintaining safety and food quality standards through holding accountability & setting example.
* Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
* Organizing schedules and provides coverage, if needed.
* Keeping track of employees hours.
* Recording payroll data/
* Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations
