Element has an exciting opportunity for an Employee Experience Business Partner to join our Cincinnati office.


In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing and optimizing the overall employee experience within our organization. We are seeking an experienced HR professional who is well-versed in employment law, compliance, and providing excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders. You will lead initiatives to improve colleague experience, ensuring compliance with HR policies and processes while aligning employee needs with organizational goals.


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations, HR processes, and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights for decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and manage HR-related projects, including managing and participating in project teams.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations for US and Canada
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to be social, engaging, friendly, curious, and inquisitive.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Canadian French speaking preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Project management skills.
