Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified
Level 2 Technician to join their team
onsite in Iron Mountain, MI.
Duties and Responsibilities: -
Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone / email / chat for client's end users

Provide IT vendor customer service
-
Serve as primary contact for client's IT vendors for system implementations
-
Test IT implementation as required: network access, wireless, telephony
-
Coordinate and manage relationships with client's vendors and client's local and remote support staff
-
'Hands and feet' for implementation and support for all IT service areas for Client's new office
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Minimum 3 to 5+ years of deskside PC support, customer service, and support experience with problem solving involving hardware, software, and networks
-
Experience with assisting the implementation of IT required
-
Extensive experience in Desktop with Windows based support
-
Previous experience supporting laptop, desktops, servers and / or printers
-
Excellent customer service skills
-
Able to provide support on own with limited oversight
-
Hands-on work experience with the following
-
Windows Operating systems
-
Some experience with Mac support
-
Imaging desktops and laptops
-
Knowledge of Active Directory
-
ITSM ticketing workload management
-
MS Office 365 suite / MS teams
