Finance Director
Northeast
Our client, an esteemed Critical Access Hospital, has asked our team to identify a Finance Director that will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Lead financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounting.
- Oversee federal reporting and Medicare cost reports.
- Manage monthly financial close processes and year-end audits.
- Supervise a team of four to five direct reports.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master s preferred.
- CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare finance required, Critical Access experience a plus!
- Experience with financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
