Exciting opportunity to kickstart or continue your sales career as an Inside Sales Lead with a leading chemical manufacturer 20 minutes north of Akron, OH.
Essential Functions:
- Partner with our marketing and sales teams to build business to business (B2B) relationships to maximize opportunities for all products
- Achieve sales order and growth volumes from current accounts, warm and cold leads
- Qualify opportunities and drive customer penetration by developing strong relationships with customers and internal team members
- Develop a strong understanding of the product portfolio to offer creative solutions to customers
- Drive focused sales and marketing campaigns and follow up on opportunities for coverage
- Maintain and grow understanding of market dynamics to drive creative solutions with customers
- Track customer contact results and outcomes and opportunities through CRM and other lead generation tools
- Perform other sales focused tasks as needed to drive sales growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related
- Successful over the phone business to business (B2B) sales experience requiring closure. Chemical or plastics industry experience is a plus.
- Self-starter motivated to manage current accounts and find new opportunities with a proven track record of sales success
- Highly motivated with excellent verbal, phone, effective benefit-oriented presentation skills and influencing skills
- Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and other tools
