Drive to deliver or pick up products as needed. Deburr and mark parts complete documentation when required.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, however, other duties may apply.)Cleans, deburrs and polishes using hand tools or powered equipment, performing any combination of tasks.Deburrs parts with file, wire brush, buffing or grinding wheel.Assembles compressors and test when needed.Operate forklift and pickup truckGeneral maintenance of tooling and work area.```{=html}``` - Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisorSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNoneQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Able to follow directions and work with minimal supervisionBe self-motivatedAble to multi-task, and adapt to changePhysical ability to lift at least 50 lbs.Written and oral communication skills in EnglishValid Driver's License required.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or GEDPrevious manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to effectively interpret and translate instructions to other employees in a professional and respectful manner. Effectively communicate with clients and fellow employees both verbally and written in the English language.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to perform basic calculations using addition, subtraction, fractions, etc.REASONING ABILITYAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills. Communicate honestly with all others to provide solutions to problems in a timely fashion.PHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, stoop, push, pull, walk, reach with hands and arms. Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.MENTAL WORK DEMANDSRegular and on-time attendance. Hours may exceed 40 hours per week. Occasional travel by conventional means including motor vehicle and aircraft.WORK ENVIRONMENTThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those and employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level is low to moderate.
