Responsibilities / Tasks

The Product Quality Systems Coordinator (PQSC) will facilitate a weekly Product Quality Review Board (PQRB) meeting of all escalated SQDIPE/Warranty/NCR action items, while also reviewing potential ECNproposals.

Responsibilities / Expectations:

As the facilitator of the PQRB the PQSC shall: Ensure accountable parties are assigned action items/timelines to ensure all potential risks are identified and mitigation actions are completed.

Compile Monthly Cost of Quality report items for entry in Sofi. Ensure a review of Engineering Change Notice (ECN) proposals is conducted by the PQRB for Risk Assessment: impact to the business, timeline for execution and effects to existing procedures/training requirements or need for new ones to be created.

Ensure that for approved ECNs, the distribution actions and operational actions through accountable parties are completed.

Manage the Nonconformance system and facilitate the coordination of inputs and outputs of the system. Facilitate a monthly strategic PQRB progress review to analyze trends, KPIs and actions items that may need escalated further due to resource requirement/business needs.

Facilitate the generation of a Quarterly Executive summary to be provided to the York Management Team meeting to ensure cross functional team alignment throughout the campus

Will publish a bi-weekly PQRB update to the York Management team, to be distributed to a wider range of employees as appropriate.

Monthly report out of Global QHSE defined KPIs and any locally agreed upon metrics to meet the needs of the business. Other related duties as determined

Your Profile / Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum Experience: 3-5 years related experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in product quality preferred.
  • Experience with blueprints and diagrams preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products required.
