**About this role:**
Reporting to the CX Design, Strategy & Innovation Leader, this position will create innovative customer-centered design solutions for various marketing initiatives. This person will work closely with Account Directors and Designers to develop fresh, innovative designs that deliver meaningful customer experiences. Preference is for this position to sit in **Charlotte, NC** or **Minneapolis, MN**. The Wells Fargo job profile is **Product Designer**.
****In this role, you will:****
* Participate in developing and executing customer experience solutions for online applications and websites
* Create customer-centered design solutions for websites, landing pages, banner ads, etc.
* Construct user personas, wireframes, templates, site maps, taxonomies, navigation schematics, task flows and prototypes
* Support discovery efforts, design exercises and project work sessions
* Influence decision-making based on risk or customer experience considerations
* Identify customer experience trends and leverage best practices
* Ensure designs adhere to brand standards and compliance policies
**Finalists will be asked to provide a portfolio showcasing work samples**.

****Required Qualifications, US:****
* 2+ years of Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic, and Visual Arts experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
****Desired Qualifications:****
* Experience developing human-centered design solutions that shape customer experiences
* Experience presenting creative ideas and effectively influencing decision makers
* Experience working for an advertising, branding, or marketing agency
* Experience leveraging customer behavior data and analytics to develop design solutions
* Experience collaborating and influencing Account Directors, and Designers
