**Bartender**
Bar Egg Harbor, Wisconsin Compensation **$8-$13/Hour + Tips**
Individuals holding this title will be responsible for operating the bar via the direction of the Restaurant Manager. Employees in this position will be required (but not limited) to performing the tasks listed.
* Provide exceptional guest service
* Ability to work in extremely face paced environment
* Answer phone per restaurant needs and guidelines
* Produce high-quality house cocktails, beer and wine pours per customer and server request
* General preparation may include (but not limited to):
+ Infusing alcohol
+ Batching craft cocktails
+ Bottling juices and preparing garnishes
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar environment
* Possess a fundamental bar knowledge with the willingness to grow and take direction
* Possess a full understanding of food menu items
* Works professionally with fellow employees
* Maintain scheduling availability as agreed upon during the hiring process
* Show up on time to scheduled shifts, missing work only in the event of sickness or emergency (proper notice required when applicable)
* Perform side work and weekly cleaning as defined by the Bar Cleaning Guide
* Perform additional tasks as instructed by any member of management
* Help fellow employees with any and all tasks as needed
* Execute thorough bar setups and closes
* Responsible for accurate register counts
