We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the custom software solutions space. This role requires a deep understanding of the software consulting industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities


You will be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Proactively prospect and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand clients' business needs and challenges, and develop compelling value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create customized software solutions that address clients' specific requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase Aviture's capabilities and expertise.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, project management, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in software sales or consulting, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with various technologies and platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Proven ability to identify and qualify leads, manage a robust sales pipeline, and close complex deals.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient, with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant sales technologies.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
