**The Hotel:**

**The Position:**
We are searching for individuals who have an eye for cleanliness and take pride in what they do. This position is for hardworking individuals who have the ability to clean in a fast paced work environment. A Housekeeper is responsible for:
* Cleaning guest rooms and stocking room supplies and amenities as directed, while following safety and security procedures and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to: changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping and dusting guest rooms, cleaning of windows, restocking terry and room amenities, and picking up trash.
* Stocking housekeeping carts.
* Responding to guest requests and reporting guest issues and complaints in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Report any missing articles, damage or mechanical problems to the direct supervisor.
**La posicin:**

* Limpiar las habitaciones de huspedes y los suministros y servicios de la sala de almacenamiento segn las indicaciones, al tiempo que se siguen los procedimientos y regulaciones de seguridad. Esto incluye, entre otros, el cambio de ropa de cama, la limpieza de baos, el barrido y la limpieza de las habitaciones, la limpieza de ventanas, el reabastecimiento de toallas y artculos de tocador, y la recoleccin de basura.
* Stock de carritos de limpieza.
* Responda a las solicitudes de los huspedes e informe sus problemas y quejas de manera hospitalaria para garantizar su satisfaccin.
* Reportar cualquier artculo faltante, dao o problemas mecnicos al supervisor directo.
