**West-Can HR is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for an Employer based in Brandon, Manitoba.**
This position is a 6 - 8 week term, offering competitive wages and an opportunity to build professional relationships at a well known organization in Brandon. The hours of work are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
The duties and responsibilities for this position include:
* Receiving customer inquiries over the phone and computer, responding to such requests in a timely manner
* Redirecting customer inquires and emergency requests to the appropriate departments
* Tracking all customer calls and requests
* Offering excellent customer service and effective/timely communication
* Creating a variety of reports and summaries for tracking purposes
We are seeking an individual who has experience working in customer service with some administrative skills.
