**Associate Sales Consultant**
Sunrise, FL **Position Summary:**
The Associate Sales Consultant (ASC) works closely under the mentorship of a Human Capital Consultant (HCC) to drive engagement in the marketplace and promote AlphaStaff to clients and referral partners. As the ASC, you will learn the necessary skills and strategies to thrive in a highly complex and consultative sales environment.

**Responsibilities:**
* Prospecting and cultivating new opportunities
* Setting both prospective client and referral partner appointments for the HCC
* Attend meetings and calls with clients and referral partners along with the HCC to support sales efforts and follow-up activities
* Assist with coordination of meetings, events and presentations
* Enter, track, follow-up and analyze results from underwriting and various departments to move a sale from initial discovery to proposal and eventually implementation
* Attainment of sales quota and objectives
* Efficient utilization of Salesforce and data management
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
* Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills
* Highly motivated and driven
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* A general understanding of business
**Nice to Have:**
* Prior sales experience
* Experience in insurance (Employee benefits or Property and Casualty), HR or another employer-related field
* Experience with Salesforce
**Compensation and Perks:**
* Base Salary of $40,000-$50,000 (based on experience) plus strong commission structure with six-figure earning potential within 1-2 years.
