**Role Summary**

Assisting guests prior, during and post arrival to ensure they have a memorable stay. Providing an array of services including dining reservation, winery bookings, transportation arrangements, local information,etc. While also operating the guest reception/front desk area with accurate and calm efficiency.

**Core Responsibilities**

The ideal candidate will create a genuine, informative, and personalized guest experience while maintaining complete knowledge of property and other information including the following:

- All resort facilities/services offered and hours of operation

- All studio types, layout, attributes and locations

- All studio rates, special packages and promotions

- Daily stats, including availability (arrivals and departures)

- General info, descriptions and directions for local services, restaurants, wineries and points of interests

- Assist in guest reception to ensure a smooth and seamless operation from guest arrival to departure

- Assist and ensure effective guest challenge resolution - Ensure follow-through and exceed guests expectations when possible

- Ensure all billing and financial transactions are accurately and efficiently executed

- Ensure that all guests receive personal, individual and professional treatment

**Required Qualifications**

- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs

- Cash handling experience

- Ability to work flexible schedule, to include weekend and evenings as needed for the benefit of departmental coverage

- Ability to clearly communicate with guests, team members and management

- Minimum one to two years in same or similar position in a hotel/resort environment, luxury preferred

- Excellent spoken and written English knowledge

- Ability to focus attention to details

- Ability to prioritize, organize and follow through
