**Hometown Building Center**, a Nations Best Holdings, LLC company, is seeking experienced **Stocker/Load** candidates in our Jacksboro, Texas location.

* Maintain a consistent, pleasant, customer service-oriented image to customers.
* Providing accurate and dependable stock work, properly counting, stocking, facing, cleaning, and organizing the store.
* Maintain sufficient stock levels and good quality products.
* Maintain the appearance of the sales floor and stock areas.
* Create merchandise displays to improve sales and ease of shopping.
* Complete training including, but not limited to product knowledge, location knowledge, and computer knowledge.
* Help keep the store clean.
* Place orders for special order or non-stock merchandise; maintenance and follow-up of these records and timely notifications of store personnel and customers.
* Stock, face, back stock, and re-order for their department.
* Other tasks as assigned by store management or company official.
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Computer skills
* Construction or building material experience preferred but not required.
* Ability to lift up to climb up and down ladders, reach, bend, twist, kneel, lift up to 100 lbs., handle large odd shaped items, and stock items in overhead areas
* Able to accurately count and distinguish between merchandise within the store.
* Results-oriented with ability to serve stores with humility and be a steward of Nations Bests values.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and flexible.
* Strong interpersonal skills with willingness to consistently provide superior customer service skills.
