**Job Description**
Accepting resumes to fill a full-time Software Support and Customer Service Specialist position. We are a growing software company, with remote and onsite work options available. This position will be responsible for handling all aspects of customer service and technical support for a cloud-based dental software company. Skills must include great customer service skills, the ability to communicate professionally using email, ticketing systems, and phones. Must have an advanced understanding of computers, operating systems, and basic hardware understanding. Additional consideration will be given to those that have experience dealing with customer-facing technical support, software training or trouble shooting experience, and customer service experience.
**Responsibilities**
Install and Setup Software on Remote Servers and Workstations
In-house IT support
Troubleshoot Cloud and Desktop Software
Manage and Prioritize Support Tickets
Update and Maintain Knowledge Base
Customer Support Phone Calls
Education Level: High School Years of Experience: 1-2 years
