Responsibilities: Client Advisory (Spend 65% of your time): Guide clients through the estate planning process, educating them on their options and creating customized plans tailored to their needs. Client Onboarding (10% of your time): Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, setting the stage for a long-lasting relationship. Community Engagement (10% of your time): Actively engage with the community to attract new clients and build strategic partnerships. Process Improvement (5% of your time): Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the client experience. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in probate and estate planning, along with an active Colorado state license. Passion: A genuine passion for helping clients navigate their estate planning needs and achieve their financial goals. Team Player: Collaborative spirit and a desire to work within a supportive team environment. Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
