Primary Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve complex queries through various means, including daily interaction with key stakeholders, including trading desks, sales desks, and middle office groups to ensure prompt resolution.
The team acts as a process owner and escalation point for issues and discrepancies with external counterparties, sales, and the trading desk, to resolve cash fail receivables and trial balances.
Manage key relationships with internal/external clients and Firm stakeholders and influence and negotiate with clients and/or other departments on key deliverables and timelines.
Drive business analysis for front to back processes and systems, including the solution design, testing, and implementation.
Ensure high focus for regulatory reporting relating to deal structuring and settlement. The candidate will need to manage multiple reporting cut-offs as well as communicate submissions.
Partner with Technology to translate detailed business requirements/impacts assessments / functional specifications into future state system specs
