Job Details
As a Plumber Foreman, you will be involved with managing commercial and industrial construction projects and assist with project needs including material management, personnel, schedules and communication with project management team, customers and building officials.
Job Duties
- Knowledge of project schedule/milestones, submittals, contract documents (addenda, specifications, drawings) and in-house shop drawings
- Ability to coordinate with other trades to complete plumbing/piping installations within project scope and schedule
- Experience managing project crews to install multiple types of plumbing systems for domestic, drainage, and sanitation systems
- Accountable for the safe performance of personnel and equipment
- Understanding and complies with the company tool policy and can pass these values to less experienced employees
- Involved with completing required electronic documentations including daily reports, next week plans, accident reports, disciplinary reports, etc.
- Able to install plumbing systems and relatable materials with the use of hand tools and power tools
- Able to work off ladders, man lifts and other equipment from various heights
- Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned
- Completes in-person and online training as needed
Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience of commercial plumbing experience preferred
- Current/valid Journeyman or Master license (Alabama, Florida or Georgia preferred)
- Medical Gas certification, or ability to obtain
- Experience supervising job site personnel Journeyman and Apprentice
- OSHA 30 certification preferred (company will provide if needed)
- High school diploma or GED preferred

- Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening
- Ability to pass MVR check and physical ability assessment
- Ability to travel, as needed, for projects
Compensation
- Wage Range Starting at: $28.00+/hr. based on qualifications & experience
