Network Partners Group is a life sciences professional services provider whose purpose focuses on the support functions necessary to enable Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Bio-Tech technologies to be marketed in the global marketplace.
We are looking for an Operational Excellence or Process Improvement professional to ensure the seamless operation of packaging equipment, maintain product stability, and support the development and implementation of new packaging solutions to contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure machines are properly maintained and perform monthly preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with Packaging Mechanics and vendors.
- Perform analysis and validation of electrical, electronic, and mechanical components.
- Establish and execute preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Perform machine set-ups and changeovers as per schedule demands.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement packaging materials/systems based on various factors.
- Develop and execute test protocols, reports, and validation activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support technical assessments for packaging development and quality investigations.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 Years of experience as a Process Improvement or Operational Excellence Program participant
- Black Belt Certified in Lean/Six Sigma
- Value Stream Mapping
- Kaizen
- Waste Reduction
- SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die)
- PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act)
- Six Sigma Methodology for reduction of variability in a process
- Experienced in the Life Science Industry, preferably in a Packaging Manufacturing environment
