Job Title: Member Services Representative
RealREPP has partnered up with an AMAZING Florida based company that specializes in automotive warranties. This is established member services support team is seeking to add another person that has experience in a call center environment.
This position is 4 days REMOTE, 1 day in office, with 1-2 Saturdays a month.
In This Role You Will
- Handle up to 50 calls a day.
- Educate members/customers on automotive warranties, answer questions, and resolve any issues/concerns.
- Escalating claims as needed and provide advice to the Member Service Assistant Manager or Contact Center Director while continuing to follow up on the member s concern
- Work with the member service management to build a better customer service relationship
Requirements
- Experience handling several calls a day in a call center environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or higher
- Positive attitude and kind demeanor
