Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities
- Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Support individuals with meal planning and preparation, as well as feeding assistance
- Accompany individuals to appointments, community and recreational activities
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records
- Assist individuals with household chores, laundry, and cleaning
- Monitor and report any changes in health, mood, or behavior to the appropriate personnel
- Act as a positive role model and advocate for individuals with disabilities
- Attend and participate in training sessions and team meetings
Requirements
- 1-2 years
- High school diploma or GED
- Day Shift
- Driver License
- Background Check
- Medication certification
- American Heart Association Certification (AHA)
- Weekends
- Evening
- Night
Salary: $15.00 per hour
