We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Agent to join and support our dynamic and successful regional team at our fast paced real estate firm at our headquarters in Hanover MD. As an Inside Sales Partner, you will be the driving force behind our lead generation efforts and will be responsible for turning potential clients into qualified appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound leads in order to schedule appointments for our lead agents
  • Follow lead follow up standards and database management standards
  • Qualify leads to determine their needs and interests
  • Follow up with existing leads via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Update and maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with qualified leads
  • Maximize conversion rates through effective communication and negotiation
  • Work collaboratively with the team to implement strategies for optimizing lead conversion
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously refine your sales techniques
  • Create and maintain automated follow up plans/content consistently

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Sales experience 1+ years
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools
  • Familiarity with real estate sales is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus

Compensation:

This is a full-time in-office position with a base salary plus a generous bonus/commission structure based on performance. The total compensation package is expected to range between $45,700 to $70,000+ in the first year, with many inside sales agents making over $120,000 in year two and beyond. Pay: $45,922.00 - $127,000.00 per year
