We're looking for an exceptional Front-End Engineering Manager with expertise in large-scale eCommerce and Web Content management. To deliver global, reusable brillance using cutting-edge front-end frameworks and robust and scalable micro-services & platforms!

The right person will be a high performing engineering manager with experience working on enterprise eCommerce applications and the next.JS stack. This individual must have technical expertise, visionary leadership, and a genuine passion for technology. This opportunity presents a distinctive chance for a senior technologist to play a key role in leading a team of engineers that are responsible for a large global eCommerce site that delivers digital products and services to a global audience impacting the lives of millions.

What Will You Be Working On:

As an engineer manager you will:

• Line manage and mentor a team of front-end engineers
• Ensure code is of high quality and adheres to non-functional requirements
• Follow and contribute to the project's technical best practices and development standards
• Perform code reviews and ensure commerce extensions are created in a flexible and modular manner
• Collaborate with Technical Lead, Solutions Architects and Enterprise Architects for aspects related to integration with other systems

What Skills or Experiences Do You Need To Be Successful:

• Minimum 5 years experience in software development, specializing in architecting solutions for customer facing web applications
• Experience implementing API-first headless architecture within the eCommerce and digital web content sites
• Experience working with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms, working on auto-scaling global deployments of large volume traffic web applications
• Experience leading engineering teams to deliver high quality software projects on time and under budget
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface with both technical and non-technical user teams
• Experience presenting ideas and business cases to executive leadership for approval
