Job Description

The Authentication and Identity Products Product Development Staff Product Manager will be a member of Visa's global Authentication & Identity team. The authentication and identity team looks after Visa s authentication and identity products and strategy globally. The Staff Product Manager will be responsible for helping to define the overall product strategy and roadmap for our solutions, including Visa Secure, Digital Authentication Framework (DAF), Intelligent Data Exchange (IDX). The team (and Staff Product Manager) is also responsible for gathering client feedback and compiling business requirements, helping guide new solutions and features through the governance and sourcing processes, and informing the overall product strategy.

The Staff Product Manager will also assist with execution of the strategies defined with the regions to drive the launch and scale of Visa s Authentication and Identity Products around the world. In addition, the Staff Product Manager will be responsible for utilizing their industry, market, and product expertise to proactively educate the Visa organization on our product roadmap. The position reports into the Head of Product Development for Authentication and Identity Products.

Essential Functions

Analyze and synthetize data into content that can be used to define roadmap, prioritization, and product vision and strategyWork with regional teams and clients to gather product feedback that will inform roadmap, prioritization, and product vision and strategyCreate collateral to support the strategies defined by the group, including PPT decks, training guides, video walk-throughs, etc.Help manage pilot programs or MVP builds for new productsWork with governance and sourcing groups to vet new solutions or features and gain necessary approvals for launchWork cross-functionally across authentication and identity to ensure solutions are appropriately built, commercialized, and operationalizedWrite business requirements for key features which meet client and market needs, define acceptance criteria for requirements.Help to develop and socialize an overarching Authentication and Identity Products strategy and plan including

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhDProduct development (or deployment), management consulting, or banking experience (6-8 years)Strategic thinker with superior analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with or interest in authentication and identity or product developmentStrong communication skills and ability to speak to all levels of the organizationSolid execution and delivery skillsProficiency with Microsoft Tools (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 119,100.00 to 154,800.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
