We are currently seeking highly qualified candidates for a **Field Sales Manager** to join our team in **Colorado**. The Field Sales Manager will represent the Ste. Michelle Wine Estates portfolio to customers on and off sale in assigned Region sales territories.

**What you will do:**

* Effectively represent Ste. Michelle Wine Estates to sales team members and customers. Direct the execution of the companys strategic business plans through assigned sales team.

* Provide leadership, mentoring and support throughout assigned territory.

* Plan, organize and direct the companys strategic business plans leveraging your sales team and customers in assigned territory to achieve sales and marketing objectives.

* Manage company business and case sales within the budgetary guidelines to help meet regional profit and contribution objectives.

* Work in conjunction with distributor field sales teams to execute corporate plan.

* Work directly with State Manager to implement monthly plans, goals, quotas and new item roll outs.

* Be a change agent by constantly challenging the status quo and motivating yourself and your team to overcome barriers to success and continually improve business

**What you will bring:**

* At least 3 years of experience as Senior Key Account Manager--or similar-- including strong team leadership.

* 4-5 years of Alcohol Beverage Industry or Consumer Packaged Goods Experience.

* Strong Pricing Skills.

* Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written.

* Strong demonstration of selling skills (negotiation, preplanning, objection resolution, etc.) and analytic skills.

* 4 Year College Degree required.

* High level of proficiency with MS Office.

* Available for company related travel.

* Able to drive a vehicle and maintain a valid drivers license.

* History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.

* Available for company related travel up to 80%.
