Financial Processor II
Job Details
Processes transactions and reviews documentation to ensure requests have been completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Identifies processing and workflow issues to provide input on procedure updates and changes for overall improvement and effectiveness of processing.
Provides necessary reporting, quality assurance responses, audit responses, and relevant paperwork as requested.
Builds knowledge to support training and education of other teams on various processes. Acts as a resource to crew, and assists with elevated issues.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of related financial transaction operations experience required.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Experience in trustee services preferred.
Experience with FIS Charlotte Front Office preferred.
Experience interacting with end-clients preferred.
