Financial Processor II


Job Details

  • Processes transactions and reviews documentation to ensure requests have been completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Identifies processing and workflow issues to provide input on procedure updates and changes for overall improvement and effectiveness of processing.
  • Provides necessary reporting, quality assurance responses, audit responses, and relevant paperwork as requested.
  • Builds knowledge to support training and education of other teams on various processes. Acts as a resource to crew, and assists with elevated issues.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of related financial transaction operations experience required.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Experience in trustee services preferred.
  • Experience with FIS Charlotte Front Office preferred.
  • Experience interacting with end-clients preferred.
