Amotec is currently recruiting for Maintenance Technicians in the Akron ,Ohio area. These roles are with your Client, a leading manufacturer of sintered metal friction products. Our client is seeking a Maintenance Technician who wants to grow with a small organization.

Job Responsibilities: - Report to the Maintenance Manager
- Repair and maintain all production and facility equipment
- Perform project work
- Assist in implementing a Preventative Maintenance program
- Demonstrate a high regard for safety
Required Skills: - High School Diploma plus 3 years related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems for production machinery and support equipment
- Ability to read and understand electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic prints
- Operating material handling equipment
- Must have sufficient tools
- Must be a team player and flexible
