Community Day Charter Public School (CDCPS) seeks a passionate operations fellow with an outstanding academic background to work with our school teams, renowned for closing the achievement gap. CDCPS manages multiple campuses across Lawrence, MA, and serves 1,200 pre-kindergarten to 8th-grade students. We believe in providing our students with a rigorous student-centered academic program while investing in their social, emotional, and holistic well-being. CDCPS has dedicated teams to support our teachers, ensuring our students' success.

    CDCPS Operations Fellow will have the opportunity to work closely with the Director of Operations, CDCPS Heads of Schools, essential operations managers, teachers, support staff, and students to provide operational support to CDCPS. The goal of this fellowship is to gain the knowledge and skills needed to potentially transition into an Operations Manager role. This role is an exempt, full-time position.
      Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
      • Support the day-to-day school operations at various CDCPS campuses
      • Adhere to and manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines
      • Provide support to operations managers, heads of school, and other school personnel
      • All other duties as assigned by the supervisor
        Qualifications:
        • Uphold a passionate belief in CDCPS' mission, values, and educational model
        • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
        • Bilingual language ability (English/Spanish) is required
        • Ability to demonstrate exceptional skills in time management and organization
        • Ability to demonstrate skills in collaborative work and flexibility
        • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of and experience with educational technology
