**Job Summary**

Waldorf Toyota is in need of an energetic, team-oriented, problem solver to join our Customer Relations Team. If you enjoy talking with people and are persuasive, this is the position for you! The Customer Relations Manager works with every customer that purchases a vehicle at Waldorf Toyota. They will present products and accessories for their new car, while ensuring that the overall customer experience is exceptional. If a customer has any questions or concerns after purchasing a vehicle, it's your priority to facilitate a solution. The Customer Relations Manager is also responsible for facilitating customer comebacks for installations of products purchased. Extensive training provided. 50% sales, 50% customer service. People with backgrounds in **hospitality** and the **restaurant industry** thrive in this envir onment! **Saturday lunches, special employee pricing, and periodic bonuses available.**

**Responsibilities**

* Build relationships quickly. Create customers for life by providing exceptional service!

* Adapt to an evolving market by embracing training and new products.

* Assist customers in selecting accessories and packages by listening carefully to customer needs.

* Consistently meet monthly sales objectives with guidance from Customer Relations Director.

* Become the product and accessory EXPERT! Know the in's and out's of aftermarket products offered.

* Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.

* Facilitate customer comebacks for installations.

* Open to growing and advancing within the dealership.

* Open to assisting General Manager with special projects as needed.

**Qualifications**

* Must have a team-first mentality and desire to make work fun!

* Ready to learn our process and in's & out's of products offered.

* Fantastic communication skills with customers.

* Professional, well-groomed personal appearance - first impression is everything!

* Must be goal-oriented & self-motivated.

* Available to work evening hours and weekends (Saturdays, 1 Sunday per month).

* Clean driving record and valid driver's license

* Willing to submit to a pre-employment background and drug test.
